SMS Disclosure
This page documents how Celeris Creative Agency LLP collects consent to send text messages, including the exact disclosure shown at the point of opt-in.
1. Where consent is collected
Consent is collected on our contact form at celeriscreative.com/contact. The form includes an optional mobile number field and a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Checking the box is not required to submit the form or to receive our services.
2. Exact opt-in language
The following text appears directly next to the SMS consent checkbox:
"By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Celeris Creative Agency LLP about my inquiry, appointment scheduling, and service updates at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 5. Record keeping
When a user opts in, we record the mobile number, the date and time of consent, the IP address of the submission, and the version of the consent language shown. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
